Had everything I needed. No lines. In and out. Thats big. Because so many times I have gone to get parts at places similar and have to wait 40 minutes. No wait at RDO.

Really helpful staff. Parts guy knew what he was doing and the lady up front was really outgoing. Got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. Parking lot is a bit small and sometimes there isn't enough parking especially for bigger vehicles.

Had a great time shopping for our tractor. He even drove it to our house in town. We took it up to our cabin where there was lots of snow, it did a great job with our snow even at night. digging up stumps and practical anything we need done it will do. We love it!

Multiple mechanics didn’t know how to set up brand new John Deere big balers. Entire first cutting wasted on RDO trying to figure them out. They never did set them up properly & stopped trying. Customer service was HORRIBLE to say the least. It was a nightmare.
