Great experience here! They honored the price quoted on the phone for my freightliner based motorhome tire- their work was quick and friendly! Lots of space in the lot to turn around too.

Would give 0 if I could. Took my truck in for an alignment and wheel balance, took 2 1/2 days in the shop to complete. Forced me to get a hotel room and stay in Moses lake over night as I wasn’t able to drive home as i’m an out of town worker. On the second day, I was told the truck is ready to be picked up and good to go. I hopped in, got on the freeway, and as soon as I hit 60mph, the truck started shaking uncontrollably. I took the truck back and told them this needs to be fixed and they do their job before I can safely go home. Asked the manager and technician how long a standard alignment takes and they responded with “one hour”. How does this make sense to them? Dropped my truck off at 6am for them to start at 8 when they open, they start and finish other vehicles before they touched mine. Manager said he’s not sure of a light coming on in my dash as the technician stated he knew when it came on. Very wishy washy on answers and stories as they can’t get straight. Great people I’m sure, but completely wrong way to go about “taking care of their customer”. After I finally received my truck on the third day, alignment is still off and front wheels still aren’t balanced. I was so fed up at this point, I decided to take it to a reliable shop for them to fix whatever they weren’t capable of doing. I will be taking further action with this shop so I will update as this progresses. Have never, left a review before, let alone one like this, but I have never gone through or heard of something like this happening. Thank you for your time and truly hope they get something figured out for the better.

Went to this location to have an atv tire popped back on the bead after a piece of safe dislodged 3" of the bead causing a slow leak. They said no problem. I went around to the back and guy #1 put some air in it but it wasn't setting fully. He called over another person for advice, I'm guessing this was a lead or senior service tech, with both of them looking at my tire, they concluded the ONLY problem was the dirt and debris on the bead causing it not to seat. So they decided to take the tire off, clean the wheel, put some lube on it and try to get it to seat. After 45min they came back and said, oh your rim was bent that's why it wouldn't seat. They crushed my aluminum rin in 3" and when I mentioned it they said they didn't do it, and " anyone could look at that rim with a tire on it and not tell it was bent". Wich would be impossible. None of the employees at this location had the integrity or honesty to admit there mistake. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I have an odd ball size tire, I called two competitors and one was $890 and the other $450 for their cheapest tires. Tire factory was $575. Here’s the kicker though, their competitors had to ship the tires in and wouldn’t be in for 72 hours and one week, respectively. I needed tires put on within 48 hours. I called and talked to Chelsea and she could get them tomorrow maybe but since I called at 5:30 pm they may not ship until the next day. I called back in the next day at 9 am and she said they were out for delivery and would be in around 10:30 could I come in and complete my order. To put it simply by 11:30 am LESS THAN 24 hours from initially calling her I had my tires mounted and balanced and I was out the door. I highly recommend the tire factory they are up front honest people and great down to earth small town employees. This is definitely my new go to store for tires. She even asked where I worked and applied our company discount without me even asking about a discount. Thanks Chelsea and gang for the amazing service great tires and home town hospitality.

A couple weeks ago I had a u joint break on my truck. I was supposed to be leaving that day for a trip that day. In the process of replacing the u joint something else broke. John went above and beyond to get the part expedited and got me on the road the following morning. I take all my vehicles to tire factory! I get exceptional service at a fair price and recommend anyone go there for tires or repairs

This AWESOME Tire Shop replaced my car with new tires, new tire sensors n front end alignment. After a few days, my car started shaking on the road. I called them. They said bring it right on in. They checked alignment. I had someone do some front end work on my car. They used a impact driver to screw on my main bolt to the frame. They put it in sideways. This was the problem. Tire Shop fixed this problem with no charge!! After several days my car is doing the same thing again, I'm now going to the guy who messed up my car, n seeing what he can do to reimburse me my money to go elsewhere to actually get my car fixed right. His name is Daniel, he lives on 18.1 Rd, right off Harris Rd. DO NOT GO TO HIM!! He doesn't do the work himself, he has his 15 year old son doing it. That's why my car is so messed up!! Tire Shop is great in every way!! Great techs, great customer service n super atmosphere 🙂. A 👍 company
