I had a Phenomenal and very successful business with Inland Auto Body and Paint - Moses Lake WA. Alfredo M and his amazing team successfully and with a timely manner had my ride all ready and safe and patched up after a minor deer incident! The Communication was smooth! And all the work is smooth! Alfredo Keeps you updated and goes the extra mile to clarify and explain - it wasn’t pushy but out of courtesy and respect he always reached out and communicated! Before and after pictures! Alfredo did such an amazing job and communicated with me before my car was even scheduled to be in the shop about my concerns. He was very clear and transparent when it came to prices and worked with the insurance for me which was a huge relief for my stress! This will not be the last time that I take my car there.

My car was towed here after being T-boned and Alfredo was absolutely amazing to work with. I live over an hour away, my car couldn't be moved and had a missing rear window, but he made sure my property was looked after while dealing with insurance. He goes above and beyond and couldn't have asked for a smoother, more pleasant experience during such a stressful time. I would happily drive out of my way to bring my future vehicles here. AMAZING PLACE! I was on a road trip driving though Moses Lake and piece of my car suddenly started flapping in the wind. I called the first auto shop I could find on my phone and they recommended inland. I called them up and told them what happened and they said come in now and we'll take care of you...it was 4:20 and the close at 5. Came to the shop, they immediately helped us. Took them 2 minutes to figure out some previous repair work had either forgotten a screw or it had somehow fallen out.
But we were fixed and back on the road by 5. They were super nice to my kids (everyone had to go potty..road trip) and so helpful and fast!
