The staff at the main desk are cheerful and full of good talk. The parts counter guy is rude and beats around the bush for an answer. He overprices everything even tho it's priced at the store. I asked for a throttle cable for my bike. He tells me there's nothing there I could use. Nor would he sell me one. What's the point of being open if you won't sell me what I need.

I have bought several bikes here and have always found it to be a good experience. They don't try to hide anything on used bikes or deals on new ones. I went to buy a new Kawasaki recently unaware of a factory rebate and they made sure I got it. They sponsor local racers and kids practice so I shop here first. Brad at the parts counter is always helpful and willing to dig in the books to find me a $5 jet or a $500 helmet.

I contacted Experience Powersports about 3 days ago about having repair work done on our 2001 Polaris ATV. During the call I explained it was having carb issues. I was told, no problem, they could get rebuild kits and would evaluate it before doing any work. It would take a bit because they were busy but bring it in anytime. Today when we took it in, they told me they don't work on anything over 10 years old and there was nothing they could do for me. This is frustrating because not everyone has the ability to stay within a 10 year buffer with recreational items. The funny part is that I was actually considering asking about a possible trade in towards a new UTV and had cash for it. The staff was polite but they should get on the same page with their policies and consider all clientele needs. Now we will take our business somewhere else.

I Had to stop by experience powersports on my way to a race in spokane hoping they carried race gas. Good luck for me they do and the guy behind the parts counter was so helpful i bought some gear and two bags of parts. can't thank these guys enough. so awesome to be out of town and find such knowledgeable staff. Bought a tire from here and started cracking on the side walls! Talk to other dealers to investigate why this would happen and it is a manufacturer issue with this brand! The part I am mad about is that the dealer would not switch out the tire! I was told to contact the manufacturer! Talked to manufacturer and they was surprised they did not switch out the tire! Talked to Chets Hondas out of Quincy and they where also surprised that they did not switch out the tire for a new one! Chets Honda said they would have done so! So guess where I am going now! Plus I have a few people I know and family that have bought few toys here! Business is going to hurt for Experience Powersports remember we live in small County word gets out when bad customer service not only that it's considered dirty Business! Good luck!

What a great experience. Gary worked with our son who wanted a certain bike and they got that going. After I found out more details, I talked with Gary and he gave me some great advice. My son changed his decision after we talked about pros and cons, and what a great bike he got. Gary got Danny involved and they helped find insurance that was way less than what my own insurance wanted. I would highly recommend them. They are full of integrity and helped us every step of the way with the purchase of our first bike! My wife was super pleased with the whole experience. Can't thank them enough!
