Scam. Call someone else. Will not show up with the right equipment and then try to charge double what other companies will charge because they have to come back with the right equipment. LOOK AT OTHER COMPANIES!!!

Here's the story, we had an appointment for our rental on a Friday and basin said they would be there between 2 and 4. They showed up before 2 and got to work. They couldn't get into the house because the tenant expected them at 2. They snaked the roof and the clean out vent from outside. At 2:02 (yes I have receipts 💅) the tech (james) said it's all good, he can see water flow from the clean out! Yay! They left. At 2:07 my tenant arrived for the 2 oclock appointment and couldn't flush the toilet still. We called basin back and they assured us that's not how they leave things and he would be back out. They came back out that evening and tried to snake it again. James said it wouldn't go through the sludge and he would have to come back with a jet and it runs $1000. At this point we had already paid 430 for the first visit. We decided over the weekend to see what other companies would charge. We had emergency repair company come out the next week instead. They snaked the toilets and also couldn't get it and tried the power jet. Instantly cleared it. 👏 480 bucks total. I called basin back to complain because what the heck! And Curtis Laughed at me and said I didn't have a leg to stand on because my tenant wasn't home the first time (even though they were there and gone by the time her appointment was set for) I 100% feel basin didn't get it done on purpose (or are unknowledgeable on how to get it done right) so they could charge me an extra 1000.

Jason was completely transparent with explaining things in detail and slowing down to explain them for non-havc educated people. He correctly explained everything I needed when other technicians from different companies in the area failed to do so.

Jason the sales rep, Gabriel and Dennis the install guys and the office clerks have provided the best most wholesome experience that a household could ask for.

Did I mention the price is competitive and worth it. We will do business again. Staying cool!

I manage a local industrial parts distributor. We were needing our HVAC ducts cleaned and reached out to Basin for a quote.

Dillan was the representative assigned to provide the quote for the service. When he arrived at our facility, he was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Dillan answered all my questions and provided a wealth of information as he was reviewing the site for service. We received the quote the same day, and the pricing structure was very reasonable. We decided to go with Basin for our duct cleaning service.

When the Basin team arrived to complete the service, Dillan and Raef were the technicians we used. They were both professional, pleasant and thorough. I would highly recommend Dillan and Raef to other businesses and residential customers for their duct cleaning services.

First customer to use the new duct cleaning service from Basin! Heard about the new service, called Basin and Dillan got ahold of me. He came to the house, did a survey of the system, and gave me a quote. Dillan got started early on Monday and after a few kinks, got to work on getting debris cleared from the ducts. He took care of any areas that would have been damaged during the moving of equipment and tools. He wrapped up and cleaned the work area and checked all vents to make sure the heat was blasting out. Overall, a pleasant experience and the customer was happy with the volume and the heat now produced. Dillan is easy going and willing to do what it takes to get the job done properly. I look forward to other projects with Basin in the future!

Tech came out to fix my AC last year, was quoted 1200.00 to fix it. We scheduled a couple different times and the tech ghosted me after I took the day off to be there. A year later I got a bill for almost 300$ for the tech coming out to look at it. I was never told about those charges let alone agreed to them. When I spoke to the office they said I was still liable for the charges so I paid them and I was told the tech doesn’t work for them anymore. Doesn’t seem legit to me to charge someone a year later for a job that wasn’t completely done and was the company’s issue.
