Safety is only if they choose to spend the money. Ask any employee how many emergency stops actually work in the production plant..... the answer ZERO. How often do they actually test the Emergency Shutdown switches for an actual functionality test......Zero. the law requires it to be done annually.. so many others. D&l priority is Quality, Production, then safety.
