Stayed here for the weekend to visit friends and it was great! The hotel is near plenty of restaurants and stores, which was super convenient. The room was clean, the pillows comfy, though the shower pressure wasn’t great, but it wasn’t a big deal for just the weekend. The staff was friendly, and the housekeepers were always smiling and helpful. I especially loved the restaurant attached to the hotel—amazing food and drinks with a beautiful lake view. Would definitely stay again!

One of the nicer hotels in Moses Lake. Reserved a lakeview room which was worth the extra cost. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom is very small. I may not have been in a renovated room, so I am not sure what those rooms look like.
The hotel itself is nice and the lobby looks renovated. The restaurant is very nice with excellent food. Probably the nicest restaurant in Moses Lake. I would stay here again.

Pros:
- Nice and clean hotel.
- Staff was all very friendly and pleasant.
- Morning complimentary breakfast was hotel average
- Pleasant lakeside location
- Quiet despite being next to the highway

Cons:
- Bathroom was TINY. As in almost have to stand in the tub to close the door.
- TV reception was super grainy. Haven't seen anything like that since the days of having an actual antenna.
- Fitness center was almost adequate. The Smith Machine needed more weights.
- The hot tub/spa was almost hot enough to be comfortable, but the jets didn't seem to work, and mostly just made a disconcerting gurgling sound.
- The pool is outdoors and was closed for the season. There is no indoor pool, despite any pictures you may see. Or at least if there is one, we couldn't find it and it wasn't on the hotel map.

We stayed here for the weekend when we came to visit some friends. There are restaurants and stores right nearby. The room was clean. The pillows were comfortable. The showers water pressure was awful, bit it was a weekend so we weren't heartbroken about it. Staff was friendly. I was leaving a review earlier and my dog submitted it for me before I was done so hopefully this overrides that one!

I recently stayed in Room 138 at the Best Western Moses Lake on December 24th. Upon check-in, I was informed that there was no housekeeping or maintenance staff available, which I understood. I specifically selected this room for the large jetted tub, hoping my tall husband could enjoy a relaxing soak during the holiday. However, we encountered a couple of significant issues with the tub that prevented us from using it.

The drain stopper wouldn’t stay down, causing water to leak out, and despite my efforts to plug it with my foot, it didn’t help. The hot water was scalding, but the cold water barely came out in a trickle. It took about 40 minutes to fill the tub with only eight inches of water. As a result, we couldn't use the jets without water splashing onto the floor.

The only response I received from the front desk was a dismissive, "I’m sorry. Sounds like a city water problem." When I pressed the issue, the staff member said, "I’ll tell the manager." This lack of resolution and follow-up has been very disappointing

Attended all day business meeting. Couldn't stay overnight because unlike most Best Westerns it's not pet friendly . Although on Moses Lake there's no access to the lakeshore just a small overlook area. Food in the restaurant and banquet was quite mediocre. On a positive note there is an EV charger and the very friendly staff allowed us to use it while we were attending the meeting. The main women's restroom for the conference area lacked hand soap and towels and were not replaced all day despite reminder to desk staff. Have had excellent stays here in the past but no longer a place I can recommend. Definitely not up to Best Western Standards.

It was a great time staying here. The staff was friendly. The room was clean and well stocked with the amenities you would expect. Breakfast was well cooked and hit the spot. I'd recommend this to all my friends/family that need to travel through the area.
