Basin Garage Doors and Eric and his team are superior. The springs on my door went out and Eric responded instantly and promptly fixed the springs with a nice warranty. Then adjusted my door to perfection. In the process of the tuning he discovered that my shuttle assembly was broken on my motor. I ordered the part from the manufacturer and Eric came back out and installed it free of charge. Basin Garage Doors is professional, responsible, reliable, honest and prompt in providing superior service. I highly recommend Eric and his crew!

My experience with Eric was a true pleasure. He showed up early and installed my new springs and opener in no time. He cleaned up afterwards and made sure I was satisfied. If and when I need anything related to garage doors he will be my first call.

These guys definitely the best in the basin. They do great work, and if they don't have the correct panels in stock they generally have them in a day or so . He usually gets my doors fixed within 24 hours of the first call . Highly recommend .
