Showed up for a 8:00 am appt. at 7:40 am. Pulled up to gate and pushed call button and was let right in. Was in door by 8am got loaded fast

Was just informed by a loader that they no longer have office personnel, so the phones go unanswered showed up early for my appointment and they got me in and loaded right away. Best thing to do is just go in, there is a call box by the gate to get someone to come open it. Worst they can tell you is come back at your appointment time. MUST HAVE A CLEAN TRAILER TO GET LOADED!!!

They have new people (2-3week) temps training the new employees. They still have the nerve to call out accidents that happen when no proper training is done or no leads are around to ask. The "maintenance supervisor" is for some reason in charge of the plant when there is a plant manager. There is clearly a struggle of power. Only positives are that no one does ish when they have CONSTANT downtime. Clearly they have no organizational or management skills. They have had constant forklift incident throughout the year and blame it on the employees when management should have a better training plan. If you constantly keep having the same issues, it is not hard to connect the dots. On top of that there is no chemical safety!!! The "lead" throws chemicals all over the place with no wet suits and other employees in range!

Same issue as other driver no one will answer the phone you push an extension and it goes right back to the recorded message. Thanks so much for being so driver friendly without us your facility shuts down !!!!! Without drivers your product doesn’t make it to the customers
