By far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Ordered several wireless radio systems from them and were told delivery would be in about 3 weeks. This was perfect because our customer wanted us to start on the project ASAP. Here we are over 3 months later and we still don't have anything to show for it. Some of the parts got pushed out again and again and eventually we asked them to just ship what they said they had in stock. Now they can't give us a delivery confirmation and it seems like they never actually had anything for us. Throughout the entire process, they have never given us a straight answer on the order status, and that's assuming they even answered our calls/emails. They continually dodge any form of communication or give vague non-answers. Definitely do NOT recommend this company.
