I've had a mailbox here for over about a decade. Staff has always friendly and helpful if there is any problem. I thought to leave a review because closing my account today was also easy and friendly. It stuck out to me because I've been canceling services and most of the time it's not like that at all. Today I came to this store to make a copy. It's really bad customer service, the way she talks to me and the service. This store does not deserve to be a four-star. Maybe I have a different skin color and I get a bad service

Terrific service, very friendly. I'm going to look for more things to ship just so I can go back! I went there on a Friday with 2 separate items to ship (without packaging) plus an odd sized envelope, all going to the East Coast. Within 10 minutes my stuff was boxed and on its way. The staff at the store helped me find the cheapest shipping method and, amazingly, everything was delivered by the following Monday. I had put off shipping this stuff because my previous experiences at other stores and services had been so bad. Love these guys!

Every once and awhile I’ll have a package that’s odd shaped and delicate that needs shipped. I can always count on this place to figure out the best shipping solution and prices. Very helpful people with amazing customer service. Also an easy place to drop off FedEx and UPS packages. They have fax/print/copy machines as well. Definitely would recommend this place for any shipping needs.

I was reading the reviews from 3 months ago. I just want to say that when someone is selling her store and training the next owner it is not time consuming but also very emotional. Knowing that you are saying good buy to your friends, the customers. I feel that most of human kind is sensitive to that situation. Thirds who are not... well shame on you. I feel that this establishment was left in good hands. Now it’s their first Christmas this year, as new owners. Help them out and be patient. I have had great service since I had moved here.
