I love my contour and have no problems paying for quality. Most people buy a wallet 10 - 15 in a lifetime, if not more then that. Why not just buy a wellmade wallet once? I don't know about the other bad reviews. I'm in canada and shipping was fast, from ordering and shipped to the door was 4 day. Thats pretty fast to me for handmade item. Customer service was fast too. Asked about the BOGO gift and had an answer in 15 minutes. The company isn't like most company, they're not like a big box store that don't really care if you shop there. Whether you buy one thing or a hundred thing I think they treat people like a part of the trayvax team since its our word of mouth out in the world

So happy with everything I've ordered from Trayvax. I switch between my Axis and Original 2.0 and love them both. I guess I prefer the original 2.0 slightly more as I am able to change the paracord easily so its different each time. The wallets a great as you can tighten or loosen them off to suit how many cards in the wallet and for ease of getting them out. The wallets are robust and have been dropped and manhandled but taken it all.
I am never without one of my trayvax wallets.

I've had my Contour wallet for a few days now. This thing is really cool! Basically, this is the wallet totally reinvented. The design is functional, interesting, artistic, and minimalist. The craftsmanship is superb. I can tell this is going to last LONG time. I found Trayvax because I was looking for something a little easier to carry, smaller, and lightweight. There were other companies out there offering some interesting products, but I was really drawn to the Trayvax. Trayvax seemed to check every box for all the things I wanted. Now that I have it in my hands I am very satisfied with my choice. I ordered Mississippi Mud leather, and it is beautiful. The wallet holds everything securely, including the cash, but whatever you need is also simple to remove. It's very small and lightweight, so it fits perfectly in my front pocket. I couldn't stand the bulk and weight of my last bifold wallet in my pocket. The Contour is WAY more comfortable. To top it off, it's made in America. Customer service seems to work well too. I received an email to notify me of shipment. I had a question about the shipment, so I sent an email to customer service. They responded back quickly, and answered my question. My package arrived on time, and the order was correct. Seriously, I can't see ever going back to a standard wallet, but I can see myself being tempted by some other new, cool Trayvax product. I'm going to keep an eye on their new offerings. I don't have any real criticism of the product, but it would be nice if they offered some customization, such as personalized engraving on the metal, or embossing / branding on the leather. Other than that suggestion the product seems perfect to me.

Customer service was amazing! I emailed them a question about the products and got an email back in within 24 hours. In addition, the wallets are awesome! They look nice and not only that, but seem super durable.
Comparing these wallets to ordinary bi fold leather wallets, these are way better. They are slim and highly functional. I've received so many compliments over the past 5 months. This is basically the next level of wallets. Not to mention, there is also a 65 year warranty. I don't know any other company that does that. Trayvax for life!

Very disappointed with the customer service these days. Used to be awesome and responded quickly and helped easily. Ive had my wallet for almost 10 years and everytime id have a problem id talk to them and get it fixed. Now its going in the trash and im going to their competitors. Poor design anyways for the velcro part to always be coming apart. Youd think they would use a little more thread and double or triple sew it so that it didnt fall apart.

The Summit is hands down the best wallet I have ever owned. It’s not much thicker than the cards it holds, but seriously strong as it is made from cold rolled steel. The single strap that holds the cards in doesn’t look very sturdy but even with mild tension placed on it, it holds the cards in surprisingly well. It rides very comfortably in the pocket and takes up very little space. This wallet will last well beyond a lifetime. Trayvax is bringing back the American quality that our great grandparents knew.
