By far the friendliest meat processing butcher shop we have ever been to. Our first trip will not be our last. Clean inside, butcher came out to meet and greet, packs was well wrapped and so nicely separated and labeled. All my requests were met with smiles, I am personally grateful for the time they gave us today.

We absolutely love working with Ernie and the crew at Ten Mile Meats. Our needs and requests (some of which were unique) were listened to and thoughtfully answered. Our animals were handled with love and respect. The farm was peaceful and calm, the ideal environment for animals to rest in before processing for low-stress, tender meat. We cannot wait to work with Ten Mile Meats again and keep filling our family's freezers with carefully aged and processed meat! Just had a hog butchered here, and let me tell you... they do a BEAUTIFUL job with their cut and wrap. They're busy, so get your butcher dates scheduled way in advance, but you'll be thrilled with how nice a job they do handing your meat. Nice, clean facility and very friendly folks.

We have had a side of beef cut and wrapped by Ernie. Absolutely pleased with his work. He listened and cut it exactly how we wanted. We have had the same results with a couple sides of pig. We highly recommend Ernie and Ten Mile Meats.

April 20, 2023 I had 2 Hereford steers of mine transported to Ten Mile Meats for processing. I am most impressed withe the beef cuts offered. I expect my own excellent organic beef will be even better than previous years.
