We have been shopping at Fischer’s since 2003.
Even though we have moved further south in the area, I make a point of buying my meat at Fischer’s. Absolutely worth the drive for the quality & service. If you haven’t tried the bacon burgers, I highly recommend them

We love Fishers such a great local company!!! We love the bacon burgers, Steaks, Chicken Cordon Blue, jalapeño cheddar pepperoni and the meatloaf is yummy!!!

After you've visited this location, and especially after you've tasted their superior cuts, you will find yourself wishing for the days of old where it was standard to have a town shop that specialized in meats. You cannot find meats like this at Safeway or Fred Meyer. Do yourself a favor if you have a refined palette and drop by. One complaint however, and this is the only reason I didn't rate this establishment with 5 stars, is that they only infrequently have lamb, and lamb happens to be my favorite meat.
