BEWARE! He will rip you off. I took my laptop in for new hinges and screws that came loose, it was was performing just fine when I dropped it off. When he called me with the charges, I questioned the charges and told him I was being overcharged, I could of bought a new laptop with that bill and told him off. The moment I opened my laptop when I got home it started to show signs of crashing, then the blue screen, my laptop crashed. I called him several times, left several messages and he never returned any of my phone calls.

My husband passed away and I now have the issue of his huge computer "stuff" This guy has been over the top helpful in his advice of what to do with what. Bob had a lot of leftovers from the store he once had in Renton so there's a lot of things to figure out how to get rid of.

Thanks for taking the time to help. It’s been most appreciated.

Took 3 computers in to recycle. Just wanted any pictures retrieved. Was told it would be around$10.00 each. A month+ and he called to say I could pick them up. $300.00 is what he charged. Stay clear of this place. Rude, rip off owner. Shop is a mess.
How he stays in business is beyond me

They have built and optimized my computers for the last 25 years. Their experience has helped me with long term stability and faster processing speeds.

Horrible experience!! Owner replaced a key board with defective one that made arrow drift all the time making it impossible to use the computer. Than he "cleaned " my computer and presented me with a bill that never been discussed. I end up with laptop that I am not able to use and over $300 bill.

I gave three stars since he didn’t actually do any billable services, so in fairness I can’t comment on his workmanship.

I dropped something off and I thought he was borderline rude over the phone. Read the reviews and asked for it back, he asked why and I told him I read the reviews. This what he said next:

“if you believe reviews I don’t want to work for you anyway”.

Turns out the reviews WERE accurate, he IS rude.

The folks at COMMAND have been a big help to us. I appreciate their expertise. I hadn't backed up anything and my computer died. They were able to retrieve all our stuff. I now back my stuff up and take my computer in whenever the regular maintenance things I do at home don't seem to combat all the trash I gather while surfing the web.

My husband and I would leave zero stars if we could. Where should we start?

My husband purchased a computer and all peripherals about a year and a half ago for $8,000 total - this is a top-of-the-line gaming PC with the works. After upgrading to Windows 10, we started having problems with the computer restarting on its own. We figured it was the power supply, so we purchased a new power supply and took it into Command to see if the staff there could install it.

It took staff at Command over two weeks just to test the computer to determine that the issue wasn't the power supply.

It took another three weeks to determine that the problem was actually a program in the computer that was incompatible with Windows 10, that was causing the computer to reboot.

In the meantime, staff at Command diagnosed a "problem" with the memory, a replacement for which we also purchased, even though we had a warranty on the memory currently in the machine. We were told that staff at Command would send the old memory in for a warranty refund and credit us when we paid and picked up the machine. This did not happen, and so we are technically still owed money by Command. We paid over $400.00 to Command for the repair/service and we also purchased the new memory and the power supply, so we are out over $800.00 for repairs and equipment at this point.

We were so happy just to get the machine back, we didn't care that the temperature/fan control/processor readout was not working. YES - it appears that they broke items that were working just fine BEFORE we took the computer in. They then wanted to charge us to fix that. No thank you, we were just glad to get the computer back after FIVE WEEKS.

During that five weeks, my husband went in several times to check on the progress of the repairs, since it seemed impossible to reach anyone at Command by phone. Every time my husband went in, the shop (including our computer) was covered in sawdust, and parts and computers were all over the place. It was a mess.

Additionally, we've read reviews similar to this one for Command on Google, Facebook, and Yelp. Several other reviews mention the difficulty in obtaining their computers, laptops, or parts. I wonder what happens to these items if they are never returned to the owner (our old memory, for example). I'm sure anyone reading this can put two and two together. We will be filing a complaint with the BBB, detailing the above information.

Check out the other reviews on Google, Yelp, and Facebook, and above all...steer clear of this place!!
