Recently inquired about a used John Deere compact tractor FMI had listed on tractor house. Dave answered all of my questions including sending additional pictures and gathering additional information about the whereabouts of a few missing components for a mower deck the tractor was being sold with. This past Wednesday I made the 6 hour trek north (one way) to look over the tractor myself. When we pulled up the tractor was right out front ready for us to arrive. After inspection we agreed on a price and shook on it. Dave made the process seamless and quick, and even threw in a free hat for the purchase. A friend of mine also came along on the trip north and with the help of the parts guys we also discovered that one of the pieces of equipment on his farm was once at FMI some 10 years ago. Small world. Nonetheless very happy with my experience, highly recommend FMI for your equipment needs.

Brian was extremely helpful- we ordered parts in an atypical manner, and he spent the time locating the parts and helping us load up. At one point he even offered to drop the equipment off to our home in sumas when we couldn't locate it at first. He pulled from his personal tool collection to help us be able to reduce the height of the box blade for transport. And he was a legend with the forklift. Excellent customer service, we will be back for our future equipment needs.

I had a problem with my homes water supply. I spoke to Kelley, he suggested a number of things for me to try before I called for help. When I called them back, they scheduled me for the next day. Kelley showed up at the time I requested, diagnosed the issue and repaired it (replaced my pump), in just over an hour; amazing! The bill was exactly what Kelley told me to expect. I've had bad experiences in the past, it's just really hard to trust folks. These guys were great!
