Terrible place. I had no appliances when moving in and no hot water for 2 weeks. I moved and left my keys in the apartment. The landlord was never at the office for me to turn them in.

The landlord has the WORST attitude and she will curse you out at ANY given moment . I don’t understand how she still has a job. Maintenance doesn’t come out till a month later the air doesn’t get cool the place has rats and roaches pest control doesn’t come to every apartment. Roaches pouring out of the refrigerator and I never used it and they never answer the phone unless it’s with an attitude

Apartments are unfit to live in property manager ms.watson is not approachable when it comes to the proper repairs being made will use profanity and offensive language in response to any conversation that you try to have with her corporate needs to do something about this it’s not fair to me to not even have hot water as a paying tenant .

This place is beyond terrible. The owner or lady at the fron desk. Steals your money then says you don't pay rent. She tries to use scare tactics by having weed smoking thugs come to your apt to try to move you out the white lady who I was told is a sheriff is right beside her letting this happen. The water heaters don't work. Air conditioning doesn't work. Refrigerators dont work It is against the law to have these Apts like this especially when kids live in these Apts. I have video proof of her inappropriate behavior and scare tactics with the black men she has show up trying to scare some one. And video proof of the sheriff she works with being with the thugs she hired to come and take people's stuff out of there apt. I was sent here to get information because of all the reports that were made. I will be contacting the better business Bureau and the memphis housing authority. They will be getting sued for what they are doing. There are to many people who have suffered because of her actions. It is not our fault your man beats you and tells you to steal money from your tenants. This is unacceptable and her and that sheriff and who ever else she has in her pocket will be going to jail for theft. And other charges. She they better pray they have a good lawyer to help them get a lighter sentence. With the evidence and witness statements they will be going away for a long time.

They spam rental sites and Craigslist with multiple ads but when you want to talk to them about applying you will get a single auto response email and then they won't contact you ever again and trying to call is a joke. I guess they don't want actual business and just like trolling the Internet with ads...weird hobby...

The pictures look nice, but I would not live there, especially with staff that are not polite. The property manager sent me an email about the apartment and I never acquired my email information to her. She told me she got it from some website. So she said she'll discard the email and never contact me again and hung up. I believed there was a misunderstanding, but I would not deal with a property manager or any staff member that has a nasty attitude and short temper.
