Spoiled my new year!!!

I have never encountered such a horrible experience in my life. The FORKLIFT DRIVERS at this location is completely useless—rude, disrespectful, and absolutely unprofessional. It’s shocking how they treat their customers with zero regard or basic decency. It’s as if they’re doing you a favor by being there, instead of the other way around. They have no idea what customer service even means, and their attitude is downright disgusting.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. They clearly don’t care about their customers and shouldn’t even be in business. Worst staff I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Save your time, and sanity—go somewhere else. ❌❌❌🛑🛑🛑

Lady at the guard shack is really nice. My first time here. She explained pretty well directions and stuff. They all about safety and want you to do what they ask you on the papers. Make sure you have your safety glasses and reflective vest.

Delivered a press roll. The place is big and security sent me to the wrong department at first but the guy over there gave me clear instructions to reach the roll shop where I was supposed to go. In and out in less than an hour.

Shipping and receiving. The most confusing place ever. You’ll need to fill out paperwork. (You need to know English reading and writing, as if you are in school again)
You’ll need to know where to go or else you’ll get lost.
Have the security person point to the map where you need to go, or else you’ll get lost.
Enter this area where it says truck entrance, don’t go to the back as the GPS shows. Too many instructions for first timers

First time we went there, very confusing process. The guy was nice enough to tell us what to do at the dock once there. 2nd time, 3rd shift, decided to yell and scream and write up for safety violations because they do things differently. Horrible place, wouldn't recommend going here ever!! How about your guys give the drivers a break that don't know all the process and don't go here all the time instead of writing them up.
