Mai-Li was the person who helped me via phone today. She was absolutely fabulous! She's a newer employee, but she did everything so professionally, she is thorough and very helpful. We took care of several different things during this transaction. She was very good at explaining everything to me! Although a new employee she was great and it's very obvious that she had exceptional training! This is why I love my Fibre Federal CU they truly do make you feel valued as a customer! She did everything right and we took care of everything I needed today. She took a lot of stress off my plate... Great Job!
She also was very caring when I told her about the passing of my little dog. I encourage anyone that is in need of a bank that cares this is the one! ~LRD

Some of the best customer service I've every experience. Fun genuine people who want to get to know you and have an uplifting attitude. When I ask a question they know exactly how to fix whatever I need. Super helpful people who ate passionate about that they do. 5/5 stars!

First, I'm leaving a 5 star review because there is no option for 15 stars.
After getting a new phone, I couldn't transfer my mobile banking information from my old phone. It was horrible as I rely almost 100% on mobile banking and I was just sure the men in black were going to show up at my door wanting to know why none of my bills were being paid. I didn't remember my user name, my password, my shoe size or any other identifiers. I did still have my fingerprint, but the new phone didn't care about that so it did me no good.
I called Fibre customer service just sure the representative was going to ask me who helps me tie my shoes (luckily, I have Sketchers slip ins!) and then tell me I would have to go to their secret office in Seattle on the 5th Tuesday in June to get everything transferred. That is NOT what happened!
After listening to my pathetic tale of ineptness, a wonderful customer service rep named Kelly said, "you've called just the right place! I can help you with that!" And she did! Right then and there! She had me up and going within just a few minutes and not once did she even hint that I might want to look into finding a secure assisted living facility. Her cheery disposition and knowledge kind of makes me want to have another problem just so i can call her for advice.
Thank you so much to Fibre for being a place someone as awesome as Kelly wants to work and thank you to Kelly for caring about your customers!

Jody was great! She was quick and straight to the point. I had made a deposit that hadn't cleared yet. She talked to the manager and when she returned she did the cutest little dance because she was delivering good news. We definitely need more people like her in the world. Thank you Jody,

She was so pleasant, friendly, caring, and professional. I needed a good cheer today as it's been a tough few weeks after losing my brother and she made my day.
