When I needed to buy a tractor in Whatcom County people kept recommending Brim Tractor in Lynden, Washington, especially contractors and developers. The story was the same each time - reliable machinery, good customer service, and excellent parts/service folks. Henry got me all set up with the right size tractor and implements for my needs. They treated me right. I decided not to buy a truck and trailer, but one phonecall was all that was needed when it was time for the 50 hour break-in service. They fit me in when I took a four day vacation - picked it up and dropped it off all serviced. The Yanmar 24 horse has incredible power for it's size and it seems to "sip" fuel. Very efficient. Good warrantee support too - the hood had a stress fracture and they ordered me a new one right away. If you need a good, reliable tractor at a fair price, with good service and support, Brim tractor is where you need to go. You won't be disappointed, and by the time you've bought your tractor your going to feel like you have friends in the tractor business.

I was in need of a tube of sealant as the old sealant for the chain drive cover on the woods rotovator had failed. Gear lube on the floor is no fun. So it was off to Brim for a tube or two. It was easy to find in the parts area. The gentlemen behind the parts counter were serious but friendly. While there I asked about a new block heater cord for the old 1982 Ford 6600.
The parts guy Mark, said " that's a great machine." he found me a new cord, which we ordered.

So, we have been doing business with some of our small equipment with Brim for some time now, We being Lummi Indian Business Council Maintenance crew. We do enjoy doing business with them because of the high quality service they provide to us. After losing our previous service company in Seattle, we found BRIM. Brim took all our business and has done a spectacular job and we will continue to use them as long as we can. They don't hesitate to call and schedule our service on time and always asking if anything further needs to be looked. BRIM BY FAR has been an outstanding equipment service company I have ever used. Inquired about a piece of equipment online and asked for a quote. Was told i couldn't receive a quote on that equipment unless I spoke to them on the phone first. When I called, I still couldn't get a quote and was told I had to go to my local Brim to get a quote and they had the equipment in stock. Drove over an hour to the local Brim dealer and was told they actually don't have it in stock but did get me a quote on the piece of equipment i originally inquired about online which they refused to provide me with over the phone or via email. Equipment was 50% more expensive than their competitor's price.

It's pretty clear that this says "click to request price" not "click to talk to someone who can get you connected with someone else at a local store".

Also, I didn't talk to John on the phone because I wanted to see the equipment in person that you advised was in-stock at the local dealership.

My wife Anita loves her 60" Bad Boy Zero Steer Mower that why I reach out to the Brim team every winter. They come pick it up, give it some TLC which includes an oil change, making sure the belts are tight, and a new set of blades and then bring it back. She took it out this spring and it runs like a champ and cuts smooth as glass.
I love all the guys over at Brim. It does not matter if we need some mixed gas for our Stihl products or a new electric weed eater.

The staff at Brim literally moved mountains for us in helping with our needed rental equipment for our garage build project. Kenna is a rock star and was always available to address our needs/questions. I highly recommend their invaluable customer service. They really had our backs!!!

They picked up my new holland tractor under warrantee. It was producing white smoke. They never started it or did a compression check. They said it was a cracked block. Took it to another mechanic. It was a clogged dpf. It was repaired right away. Runs great now. So much for Brim warrantee on tractors you buy there. BTW They charged 179 to pickup and 600 to just look at it , not do anything except deny warrantee. They quoted 16,000 repair. Whish I bought it at a real shop.
