Instead of taking the appropriate measures for water runoff and drainage issues, Mr. McKinney with the Bibb County Commissioners office decided it best to go with the cheapest solution and install two drain culverts pointed directly toward our septic tank and field lines. Ofcourse that resulted in flooding and backing up our septic system. Two other family's yards have been ruined as well. We were finally able to get Mr Mckinney to come talk with us a year later, to no avail. Our problems were of no concern to him. His advice was "pay an excavator to come repair the land". General consensus would have us think the public services our taxes pay for would be exactly that- For the public. This review is only after countless attempts and several years with no help and no resolution. We remain optimistic that our commissioners office will do the right thing.

Ok everyone the monopoly Great White Rolloff & Recycling LLC has taken over the landfill in Bibb county AL. This same company is also the only trash company that is serving the area as well. This was a fear of mine and it came true.

Their negative online reviews show this company doesn’t care and are in it for the money. I didn’t want to pay for their unreliable overpriced trash service, so I would dump my own trash at the landfill to save money or at least I used to. The people at the commissioners office allowed this to happen, thanks guys!

For everyone that takes their own trash to this landfill it cost me $30 to dump two regular sized trash cans. Used to cost $6 when I started going years ago then went up to $11. Now they are charging $60 per ton under this new greedy management.

To the owner of Great White Rolloff & Recycling LLC. Jason Combs, I found an alternative location to dump that’s legal and doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg. You won’t see another cent from me.

To the people at the commissioners office damn you all! Now there will be even more illegal dumping in our area, because people are struggling nowadays to pay their bills as is!
