We had a highly positive experience working with Lynden Interiors for carpeting throughout our house. Representative Brian Botta Pillo was friendly and patient, and Mack at We Install Floors did a perfect installation. We had initially planned to purchase from a large store. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. Good pricing. Prompt, friendly efficient install.
My only complaint...a small issue...TRY calling them. You'll get an endless voice mail full of names and extensions I don't know these people by first names. Took (what seemed to me) like three days to finally get to talk to someone. My I'm old fashioned, a real person voice would have been so much better.

Great choices for everything needed for a new build. Ginger is the greatest person to discuss any aspect of interior decoration. I had many question and she is so patient and wonderful at explaining everything needed. We love Lynden Interiors!!!

I recently had a renovation completed by JPS Builders in Bellingham. When it came time to make flooring and tile choices, Jon at JPS Builders suggested that I go to Lynden Floor and Design.

The selection of materials was extensive. However, I was most impressed with the designer who worked with us on this renovation. Carter Stewart was our designer and she had a difficult task. She had to handle input from my wife and I as well as our daughter who lives in NYC. For the most part Carter and our daughter came up with selections that we were very happy to approve. Carter went out of her way to clearly communicate to all of us, whether it be through email or phone calls.

She also had a good working relationship with our contractor and the scheduling of the work was done as promised. There were some minor issues with the tile work but Carter made sure that it was resolved quickly.

I would recommend Lynden Floor and Design for your material needs. More importantly, ask for Carter's assistance. You will not be disappointed.

Walked in and no one was around. Walked around waiting for 5 mins, finally someone came out from the back. Asked where remnants were and he said upstairs. Didn't offer to show us. Walked up and spent 15 mins up and then came down to get a price, and he said he forgot we were even up there...didnt want to show or help us with anything! Crappy customer service for sure. Next time, keep personal calls for after work or when customers aren't needing help!
