We had a septic back up at our house, I called a friend that worked at Evergreen in the past and he got me in contact with them. The lady in the office was very nice, it was getting towards the end of the work day and there driver came from Redmond up to Marysville to get us taken care of which was great! The lady in the office mentioned she would give us a $50 dollar voucher off of the pump service. The lady in the office said the driver was aware of the $50 off the pump service. When the driver arrived his attitude wasn't the greatest, he kept mentioning how he almost refused coming to our house because he had a long day and it was almost 4:00. He had mentioned our drain field wasn't working properly, we asked him a few questions and he just kept his answers very short and just came off rude. At the end of the service he came up to us with the bill and the amount was over $700 when it was supposed to be $650 with the voucher. I think the driver got the extra $50 for coming out when he probably didn't want to in the first place! We called the office after the driver left and all of the sudden the office lady got a bad case of forgetfulness and knew nothing about the voucher and said she would call back. We haven't heard a word.

Wanted to provide feedback about my experience with Evergreen Sanitation over the past week. Several days ago I was prepared to give a negative review about my experience. We have used Evergreen over 20 years, so to be frustrated was disappointing. I had the opportunity to share my experience this morning with Dave the owner. He listened to our story and was able to provide support with sending out a technician that was in our area to resolve the issue with are septic system. I truly appreciate the help he provided and the ability to have an honest conversation. Thank you!

I called on a Saturday due to septic alert light being on and the receptionist was super helpful. I appreciated the transparency around the cost of visit- no surprises. She mentioned a technician could be available Monday or Tuesday to come assess. I received a call Monday morning that the technician would be coming later that day. Matt was really friendly and helpful — providing great suggestions and was very knowledgeable. Overall, excellent experience! Would definitely recommend Evergreen for septic assistance!

My company has used their grease trap service multiple times, and every single time, the technician would not show up for the original appointment, I would reschedule, and then he would be at least 15 minutes late, if not more. Most recently, I called 20 minutes after the technician was supposed to arrive only to find out he had called in sick BEFORE I HAD CALLED. I was told they would call me back to confirm a new date for service. That was over 24 hours ago, and I still haven’t heard from them.

Update (4/10/2024)
After calling the company yesterday (they never called me back) and confirming today as the rescheduled day for service, I waited for the technician to be 15 minutes late before calling again to see if he was on his way. Yet again, he had called in sick before I had called. Again, I feel it’s disrespectful to not call your client to let them know about problems like this, and instead wait for them to call you and figure what is going on. The person who answered my call this morning once again assured me that they would call back with possible dates for a reschedule. I am not bothering to pretend I will ever get that call back.

Evergreen's service technician who serviced a travel trailer for us was very nice, accommodating and provided excellent customer service while pumping the tanks. Thank you very much and we look forward to continued service from Evergreen.

Charged us to fix their mistake; we have stopped using them.

The good: good prices and service for pumping.
The bad: We had them replace our pump and when the pump started causing multiple alarms on a daily basis because they didn’t zip-tie it to the pipe causing the alarm to tip over and go off they charged us to come out and fix their mistake. $140 down the drain because they didn’t do it right in the first place.
