Their baby chickens all died within the same 6 hours of picking them up.

We pointed out that it didn't look like they were doing well before we left with them and they assured us it was no big deal and gave us a discount when we purchased them. I'm not sure what they caught but we've taken care of chickens several times and this was our first time having this happen.

The owner was very adamant in not giving a refund and practically saying it was our fault.

Yeah, I don't think so. If I'd have the chickens for a few days, fine. But I didn't, the first one died within the car ride home.

So MAJOR props to the 2 ladies who worked Friday December 18th around 11am. No vet would see my guinea pig, nor do a phone consult for money. Some of the vets receptionists were straight up rude to me over the phone. I am in tears over my guineas pigs eye being infected and I needed medicine or see a vet. A guinea pig FB group of mine recommended some OTC medicine that any farm supply store should have. I didnt know anything about it but decided to go ahead and ask questions once I got there. The 2 ladies working (I didn't catch their names) were SO helpful! They listened to my issue with my guinea pig, told me that the first medicine could be more damaging if there is a scratch on his eye, so I should use this other medicine instead. Well boy howdy did it ever work! my little Reggies' eye is looking 100% better. No more Milky eye, no goobers, no swelling. 💞 today is day 4 and he is back to his normal self! 🥳 Thank you SO SO SO MUCH for helping me and my guinea pig. I dont know what I would have done without you two! Above and beyond! 🥰

Edit: 5/21/24: this place is still awesome! I buy my logs here to heat my house up. This place is a life saver! I ran out of my normal wood 🪵 so having this place to buy compressed logs that last quite a while is great! I also buy my raw dog food here, and healthy natural dog treats. I recommend this place for your animal needs and house heating supplies.

Love this place. Stop by once a week to huff the alfalfa. It's a rich, earthy aro.a in the warehouse that just sets my head straight. It's free, and they haven't said anything yet.

Also, they have stuff for animals.

I walked by at least six employees before one greeted me or asked if I was finding everything. Not the friendliest customer service experience, first time in. Good selection. We usually buy pet food from TSC, The Tractor Supply Company, in Monroe so I was shopping cat wet food prices. The Co-op didn't have anything that came close to the 4health brand we've been buying. Otherwise, they had a good selection of pet food and supplies, along with gardening and much more to shop.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff are quick to greet and help. Our moo moos will only eat their alfalfa. Great product selection and pricing.
