Terrible with craftsmanship and responding to warranty work. I have photos of their work, just not sure how to upload to Google reviews.

I left a message on their office phone. I did get a call back the next day, from Steven the owner. He did send someone out the next day. The young guy said, he adjusted something on the gate control and he said, it seems to be working. Later that day, I tried to open the gate. It wouldn't open. It took 3 times before it actually opened. Then when closing the gate, it reopened again. This was my complaint the first time I called. I called Sunday night and left a voice-mail message, hoping Steven would receive it before he left for days work. Nothing... I even tried texting Steven and then again left another voice-mail message the next day. No, response back!! My dog has gotten out twice, thank God I saw him and was able to retrieve. Not sure, what to do at this point, except maybe call someone else to fix and send them the bill.

I would NOT recommend this company.
