Their sales are at an all-time low. They are firing people for the smallest reasons and offering severance to tenured employees to convince them to leave with no pension. Pay is above average for this area, and benefits are good, but 90% of employees never get above entry-level position. Their products are on par, but not impressive compared to other brands.

Very disappointed in product quality on leaf blowerBGA-57 - battery run time advertised 25 minutes - mine only 1 year old is lasting 10 minutes. Went to dealer Milks Mower in Lorain to have them test battery - they refused said I need to purchase a new battery for $139 or buy another leaf blower. I also called Stihl distributor, Bryant Equipment they said that is the way it is. So disappointed in Customer Service and lack of quality on what I thought was a reputable and high quality product. Will not be purchasing another Stihl product. Very poor product!!!

Another pair of pants brand new pair today ruined by the terrible gas and oil caps! Not running the homeowner special think it's locked this happens. Terrible design and you owe me a new pair of pants! Great saw if the caps stay on

Do not think that you will drive up and they will immediately unload you. They will kick you out into the street and make you wait for 3-4 hours, and then you will stand at the door for another 2-3 hours.

Sgipping runs smooth like a well oiled machine (45mins to 2 hours load times) I think they finally have got their stuff together based on reviews I read from 6 months ago. Some of the shipping wearhouses are open 24/7 for unload. Depends if you go to 2600(24/7)/2525(7am-4pm?) International drive. You can find plenty of truck parking at 2600 to stay the night and reset. Sadly no truck stops nearby but can always make it to exit 211 off of I-64 or I-95 exit 104 within a few hour drive.

Very slow place, the driver waited for a 2 hours to enter and found that need to go to another place 1 mile away. security won't pass him to check any information and even when he entered to the property no one not explained why he supposed to wait so long. When he arrived to another place he found that there is a line with 3 trucks, no on not responsible for nothing and can't explain nothing
