The staff are amazing. Last month I had to put my dog Cooper down and they have an amazing inviting room set up. The experience was like being at home and although it was hard on my boys and me loosing Cooper, we had privacy and each step the staff was there.

Walked in today with my pup wrapped up in a towel bleeding.
I was told, basically to get lost and go to anthem.
I was asked if my pup was a "client".... to which i said no,
So i walked out , very upset, but now the question is... had he been a"client", would they have taken that 3 minutes to look at my pup
Regardless, i read wonderful reviews, but for me, when given the answer that they don't have enough staff, that tells me that they are too cheap to pay people to help animals in need.

Disappointed, and will cross off this so called great vet off of my list.

I recently had to put my beautiful himalayan cat to sleep and I was devastated. I've never had to do that before. I was not a current "patient" with NR Vet, but the wonderful staff there worked with me to schedule in home euthanasia. I could barely hold it together every time I spoke to them, but everyone was so compassionate through the whole process. I really didn't expect the level of care and outcome I received, but my baby is back home with me now forever. It's hard to believe 13 1/2 years of love is in this small box, but I will cherish it forever.

I live one hour away from the clinic and I will ALWAYS make the drive down. The prices here are extremely reasonable and I recommend visiting to everyone who asks me what vet I go to. The staff is always so caring and takes the time to answer all of my follow up questions when I call them. My cat has multiple medical conditions and they have saved his life so many times now. Without Dr Jess and Dr Sarah he would not be here today- his conditions are manageable but much to expensive for me to treat at many vet clinics. They were able to hospitalize him and do emergency treatment last month and I can tell that now he is feeling better than ever!!! His personality is back in full swing, gaining weight and acting even more frisky than ever. We are more grateful for their reasonable pricing and their compassion than I can express. THANK YOU! From my cats and from me 🙂

I am so pleased with the professional and caring practice of Dr. Sarah and her fine staff. I drive 45 minutes plus to get to her one way and she is absolutely the best. Smart, talented and loving, you will be so happy to have her care for your fur babies!
