I'm not sure why the laws in Bibb County are so different than other laws in the south or any other place for that matter. I was born and raised in Alabama but now live in Georgia after moving from Northern Virginia/DC area for over 30+ years. I was assaulted in my own second home in Bibb County and Judge Craig A. Cargile found the defendant not guilty. I think now my mistake was using the Bibb County prosecutor. I should have hired my own attorney. The Judge paid very little attention to what was being explain as to what took place that day. To be honest, he appeared bored and looked as if he could care less. I will be reaching out to people I've worked with in the past on the Hill and the White House to get a clearer understanding of Alabama, especially Bibb County laws. I will be requesting a copy of the official transcript. Bibb County you need to do better.
