23 Years and Counting – A Great Place to Work!

I’ve been with Tabet Manufacturing for 23 years, and it’s been an amazing ride watching the company grow and evolve. Tabet has been around for over 50 years, but since the new owner took over in 2004, it’s been incredible to see the expansion. The company has tripled in size, and they even had to build a whole new building to keep up with the demand!

The culture here is all about hard work, commitment, and reliability. If you show up, put in the effort, and do your best, you’ll do well. It’s a place where you get out what you put in. The management team works just as hard as the employees, and they genuinely expect the same level of dedication from everyone, which creates a real sense of teamwork.

On top of that, the benefits are top-notch. I’ve got several weeks of vacation, a 401k plan that’s matched, and an HSA that’s also matched. That’s a big plus for anyone thinking about their future!
