Great butchery! Friendly guy inside and a lovely selection of meats, as well as some other things like wines, sweets, seasonings etc. We got a very nicely marbled trip tip roast here, as well as some of the French toast sausages and beef bacon. The roast and sausage were delicious. The beef bacon wasn't to my taste, but I think that was because it was cooked my than I'm used to and no fault of the butcher. We also tried the candied pecans and salted honey caramels. Amazing.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. The beef sticks are great the beef quality was excellent. Having my own ranch/meat stores/and meat processing facility. This place is the real deal…the owner sources from real ranches and farms I recognize in our community that are legitimately family owned farms. Hope to sell beef to them in the future! So great to see a butcher shop support good farmers with a wonderful selection.

Ps -steak was dry aged in rice…it was delicious

Not what I would expect to find connected to a gas station. Plenty of fresh cut steaks and other meats. They have salads, tacos and sandwiches to go. They also have an impressive selection of wines. Your go to spot for the perfect meal! I had a bacon blue cheese salad with steak, was delicious!

I love this business and the people in it so much. They are SO helpful! They help you choose the meat you need for your plans and offer tips on cooking if it’s new territory (like venison). Don’t be fooled by the small storefront, they have an immense about of variety from various animals and other side items, like premade bakeable items (ex: meat pies), cheese and wine, canned goods and sauces etc. if you think they don’t have it, ask anyway!

They are consistently a great place to shop from and I highly encourage everyone in the area to make it their second stop for meats as a part of their routine.

What a great find! Small butcher with knowledgeable, friendly and always smiling staff. Good selection of beef and pork along with select seafood, amazing chicken yakitori skewers and lamb. Really appreciate the expert recommendations on best ways to cook/roast/smoke various meat and cuts. These guys and gals definitely know their stuff!

I cooked the best Christmas dinner ever last night. All thanks to the fantastic beef tenderloin roast I purchased from here. It was just what I requested and trimmed to perfection. It was the shining star of the meal. Well worth the price I payed. I will come back to The Butcher Block in the future to purchase meats for all my special occasions.

Had street tacos and meat loaf sandwich. The best I've ever had! I would definitely go there for dinner meats now that I've gone for lunch.
