Had located product that was only available at Liberty Lake location- due to technical platform issues with purchase transaction, Melissa went above and beyond with securing item for me. 28 individuals had the item in their “carts” waiting to purchase. Now that I have it I don’t mind mentioning it’s a not so common Ariens snow blower - Compact version with all the bells, whistles and bigger engine. Commonly sold with track drive instead of wheels but Ace had 1 left of the wheeled version. Daughter has same model and very acquainted its performance. After 30 years with previous 2 stage blower it was time. Again, a big shout out to Melissa for helping- chocolates and flowers next time I’m in the area.

This is my 2nd attempt using this Ace after a 5 month break (against my better judgement). I called to ask a question about a key being cut. Mike answered the call and was nothing short of condescending and patronizing the whole time. Mike should not be able to answer the phone if he cannot listen to customers without interrupting and attempting to talk over them. While I will admit, at the end of the conversation I lost my cool and said have a nice $#%@ day. Something I am not proud of, but will 100% fess up to. Before it got to that point, I was trying to explain my situation, I counted 7 times Mike attempted to talk over me in my last 30 seconds of the call.
Listen to your customers.. and don't cop an attitude when someone is looking for another way of simply having a key blank cut and not trying to get a 174 dollar key fob. I don't need to have some halfwit explain to me how MY car works. *I have the means to program my own keys.* Guess I'll just buy a new dremmel from Do it Best, and do it myself.
