As a intermodal carrier that have picked up from this location mutiple times, this shipper finds every reason to reject a container to not get loaded. They go above and beyond to try to find the smallest possible hole in the container to reject getting loaded. They should just find a OTR broker to handle there outbound shipments as this location is a nightmare for all intermodal carriers. We will be refusing to go to this loation at all costs and are putting this shipper on the blacklist.

The Maintenance supervisor “Tom” doesn’t know anything about instrumentation, he has no idea how to give direction or advice on the subject. I wouldn’t trust his judgement or decision making, Tom has been fired twice before from different places because of is lack of skills.
