The physical location is great. Phone service isn't good at all. But if you come in person it is fast and easy to get what you need done. For DEERS please make an appointment or you will take an hour.

Ro at Survivor Outreach has been nothing short of amazing. When you lose your loved one, you have no clue, nor do you care to do anything. Her direction helping my elderly mother after my stepdad died was invaluable. Ro’s care and compassion from day 1 continued even 8 months later as we needed her help once again to get my mom a Gold Star license plate application taken care of. Between her and Anthony from the VA, they have provided the highest quality of customer care I could have ever hoped to receive. And when it was needed the most, they came through with flying colors. Thank you for helping the families of fallen soldiers/veterans get through one of the most difficult times of our lives. God Bless You!
