Big thanks to the Team at RideNow Powersports Chandler. From day 1 and first impressions with Doug Martel. Fast forward 5 months later, our salesman Barrett Day was stellar! Barrett was very informative, professional and a complete pleasure to work with. It took a whole team effort to reach the finish line. Also want to say thank you to Ashley Z., Tuesday Brauer, Brianna Burton and Daemon Bossard. Everyone was friendly, professional and really cared and took pride in the work to get this deal done. We will be life long customers simply because of the atmosphere and dedication of all of you who made this fun, exciting and memorable. We have already been in the parts department and bought a helmet with Jay Woo (another awesome associate). I’m only leaving a 5 star for the mere fact the ASSISTANT sales manager saved the relationship. I brought in a cashiers check for 19,500.00 for a new 24’ cbr 1000. The sales manager then promised me he would have someone walk through the bike completely and show me everything ie feature/settings but that didn’t happen. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but the sales manager just rubbed me the wrong way it felt as he genuinely didn’t care about the company by which he was treating me I just brought in 19 1/2 I thought I’m it would of been a pleasant experience I didn’t want to be treated special either I’m normal just like everyone else. The sales manager brought me a huge plastic bag I mean it was probably 18”x18” and all that was in that bag was the manuals and a grey plastic bag to hold you registration and insurance cards. I called back two weeks later to ask what all came with a new bike specifically 24’cbr1000 the sales manager didn’t give me the tool bag or tools for my new bike (picture below) still waiting on the bag. The assistant sales manager has been in contact with every step on getting me what is rightfully mine. I don’t want to think he took the tools out but the way he way acting it would NOT suprise me he seems like a person I would watch very very closely. I believe someone else at this point do a better job that him even though he has been there forever (statement by him) someone else maybe better.

Update on bike -

Horn has went out (on order from ride now Powersports Peoria)

There is a rattle at low rpm and high gear when initially twist the throttle ( ride now Peoria has to tear it completely down to figure it out)

Bike is maybe 4 weeks old now forget exact date

Simply amazing! Tuesday and her RideNow team exceeded my expectation on every level. The motorcycle they sold me was In better condition than they said, and they did a better job selling it and supporting the sale that I anticipated or expected.
