We purchased a used spa from Erick, we went to the warehouse to look at it and everything worked as expected. when it was delivered it somehow developed a couple pretty significant leaks, he sent out techs a couple times but still had issues. He offered to completely refund purchase price or we could continue to use the spa until he had another similar spa ready to go, we chose the second option, a few months later they swapped out the spa and has been working well sense. Customer service was excellent and did as he said. I will not hesitate to purchase another spa when the time comes or refer him to others.

Nw swim spas are the very best at what they do! Their price’s and more importantly service can’t be beat . We bought a hot tub from them in 2021 and loved it now we were upgrading to a swim spa so of course we returned. I can’t say enough nice things about these people. You would truly be doing yourself a disservice to go anywhere else.

We bought our hot tub towards the end of June and received delivery three weeks later. The delivery team did a wonderful job, explaining everything and helping with the setup as much as possible. Three days later, we had the electrical work completed and got the hot tub up and running. However, we noticed some lights weren't turning on, and there was possibly a small leak.

We called their service department, and Taylor at reception was very helpful in getting us set up quickly. Marty and Chris from the service team came ASAP and provided excellent service. They were super fast, explained everything they were going to do, and confirmed there was no leak after double-checking all the fittings. They also fixed the lights. Overall, A++ service!

10/10 recommend to anyone looking to buy a tub!
When it came to pricing couldn’t beat em! They got the best prices out there!

I feel compelled to write a review for Northwest Swim Spas - it is refreshing to get to work with a company and people like the ones at NW Swim Spas. Marty was incredibly helpful, genuine, and kind. I also got to meet Chris, one of the service techs. He was also so helpful and had great customer service. The whole team there is responsive and very knowledgeable, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Love love love our new swim spa! We have had ours for 6 months now and use it every day. Eric and his whole team were amazing! The whole buying experience was flawless. We were able to make an appointment to swim in one at their warehouse and have all our questions answered with no pressure to buy. But seriously the minute I got in it sold itself! I can exercise completely pain free in the warm soft current of the water. My husband enjoys the low back water massage at the end of a hard day. Our grandkids love to come over and turn on all the fountains and lights and swim for hours! I highly highly recommend NW Swim Spas to anyone considering buying one. Once we made up our minds to purchase one it was delivered within days. Later Eric came by to explain about upkeep and answer questions. He assured us he was a phone call away if we needed anything. The whole experience was great!

I wanted to thank the NWSS install crew for doing such a great job installing my Passion Spa Activity 1 Deep model. It is absolutely perfect! They made it work even though it was sort of steep and super wet and more than a little muddy, plus there are a lot of firs to work around. The driver was amazing!

I also want to thank you for sending Marty over to walk through all the controls and proper maintenance and chemicals. What a pro he is! I feel much more confident and secure that the system and the spa hardware will last as long as possible after his thorough walk through.

I researched swim spas since May 2020 during the pandemic. I seriously have a gigantic spreadsheet with all the details from various manufacturers! It is a big investment. It took me a long time to find the right spa that had an excellent swim feature as well as chaise lounge style jets. This Passion Spa design provides excellent, powerful massage and swim capability without taking up my entire backyard. I was thrilled to see it in person in Elma and thrilled to realize there was an enthusiastic and extraordinarily knowledgeable dealership of Spa pro’s right in my own state who could make this purchase happen for me. I feel lucky to have found Northwest Swim Spa.
