I retired from Lowe's 3 months ago and moved here from Olympia, best choice I've ever made . This store has become my go to place, everyone is so friendly and helpful , I even ran into one my customers while in there . I love shopping there and supporting small town businesses, can't wait for spring i will definitely be in there all the time .

I always have received that best service from Ace and I highly recommend the Elma WA one do to how polite and normal they are very respectful, knowledgeable, and they didn’t treat me like I was there to steal their stuff just cause I look ruff around the edges.

Amazing what they can pack into this place. They'll usually have exactly what you're looking for. It may cost more but you'll finish your project. Great customer service from the employees.

This is a really, really great Ace Hardware. The employees are helpful and seem genuinely happy to work there. They participate in and contribute to fundraisers and other activities that serve the local community. Ace has built a really great team at this location.

These guys do a pretty good job at gouging their prices, several of the things we bought we were charged more than listed price. Chances are if they mark something down expect to still be paying full price. They are disorganized and have plenty of their inventory mislabeled so you think it's one price but turns out it's another. Did the math from out last trip and found more than 30 dollars of being over charged. Very poor practice.

The folks that work there are sooooo helpful. I will spend more money at Dennis rather than go to home depot because of the knowledge and advice from the local folks. In several instances they have gone above and beyond the call to help me.
