The appointment went quite well. My teeth were cleaned & fluoride treatment was done. The hygienist was thorough. The dentists that looked at my teeth were great. They explained what needed to be done including me in the conversation, & made it easy to understand. The entire staff was so pleasant & quick to get things done making my appointment good. I would highly recommend Elma Family Dentists to anyone needing a one.

I found Elma Family Dental through my dental insurance website. Everything about my visit was great - 1) making an appointment was easy, 2) the waiting room is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, 3) the staff were attentive to concerns and questions, and 4) I was able to have a good conversation with the dentist without feeling steam rolled. Everyone had their role and everyone executed their tasks perfectly. It was efficient but I didn't feel rushed in any way. I think I discussed a dental plan in more detail than I ever have with any dental office before. I really had a great experience here and I plan to bring my family when it's their turn as well.

I love Elma family dental!! Kathy and her staff are very friendly. The environment is comfortable. They accommodate you in every way they can to make you feel at ease. They go above and beyond for those of you that have dental anxiety like myself. I recommend them often to my friends and all my acquaintances. I honestly couldn’t imagine having to go elsewhere and it will be sad days when Dr Kathy finally decides to retire!

Very clean place! The front desk is very professional and informative. I enjoy my visits with Lindsey. She keeps my teeth in line and my mental health in check :). I've never had any issues with scheduling or insurance discrepancies. Everyone is very up front with billing and processing which I appreciate.

From the moment that I arrived, and throughout my dental visit, I felt comfortable in the hands of a very capable team of dental experts. This was my first visit to Elma Family Dental. During this visit, my teeth, gums and mouth were exrayed and examined. My health history and curent medications were discused. I also met with their insurance counseler to better determined my dental priorities exposed by my exam. Additional appointments for cleanings and fillings were scheduled.
I live 90 minutes from Elma, and have found Elma Family Dental to be well worth the drive.
I would highly recommend Elma Family Dental for your entire family.

This was my first visit to Elma Family Dental after being referred for severe tooth decay in one of my molars. The waiting area was lovely, bright, and open with a friendly atmosphere. Even though I could tell they were busy, everyone I interacted with was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions about my dental procedure, but Dr. Edwards took the time to listen attentively and give me all of the information I needed. This will be my first time having a root canal/crown procedure, but I feel a lot more confident following my visit, thank you!
