Today was my first time at Summit Pacific Urgent Care. I was well taken care of. The staff from checkin to discharge were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend and will use them again when necessary. Thank you for the great care.

I took my kid to Urgent care due having an headache and nauseous and sissy for 6 or more days. While I’m the urgent care my kid started having ticks which has never had them before. So they sent us to the ER for some testing. They didn’t do a CTscan or MRI just tested for pregnancy and drugs. If they would have asked if my kid is sexually active they won’t have ran that test. I took my kid to her doctor and they were shocked didn’t do a MRI or CT scan. Also didn’t do other testing other than for drugs and pregnancy

I stopped by Summit Pacific Urgent Care on my way back from my vacation rental in Pacific Beach to my home in Mason County. I had been doing significant physical labor building an ADU and had suffered 3 days of severe pain in my rhomboids with nerve impingement symptoms down my left arm. I was hoping for a muscle relaxant and strong NSAID to calm things down while waiting for an Ortho appt. I was informed they did not take my insurance; when I stated I would just pay cash, I was told that was insurance fraud and people like me go to the ER. I was completely flabbergasted, left (this was not an issue for an ER -- waste of medical resources), and headed to the nearest open UC in Lacey. When I arrived, my blood pressure was 160/110 due to the pain. The Lacey UC informed me Summit Pacific must have thought I was on MediCaid. I went through all that so they could discriminate against poor people. The problem for them is I hold a Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine. I went back in several days later to file a complaint in hopes for retraining the employees. They could not be bothered to take my complaint in person and did not return my calls. Facilities like this should be shuttered -- they prey on small towns with no other options. They are a disgrace to Medicine and basic human ethics.

We went in for an urgent care visit for all 3 of our young kids at the same time on the 23rd of December at 530pm. Staff receptionist were so efficient. The 3 receptionists checked our kids within minutes, very welcoming, sweet. Nurse Bianca was the absolute best with the kids. Gave them rubber duckies and other toys to help calm and curb nerves. Checked vitals and made small talk kids loved her! Doctor Jeremiah came in and was very personable and great with the kids as well. Overall amazing visit. Highly recommend coming here for any urgent needs for children. Visit was done by 7pm for all 3 kids.

I received excellent care & was treated with care by The Medical Staff & by the Dr!
Summit ER medical staff & doctors need to strive and do no harm to their patients! And they to treat their patients with respect and not just put them in a room and leave them there for 2-3hours! Over all so pleased with the rest of the Departments & the Pacific Pharmacy staff! So glad I switched from Rite Aide located on Wishkah Street to the Pacific! They are so helpful & understanding! They did not get rude or snotty and did not give a horrible answer of “Not my job& or Here comes another Entitled City Drug Customer!” Shame on the Rite-Aide Staff! Do better and Do No Harm To Your Pharmacy Customers!!!!!!!

This place has screwed me over more than once I know i have this going on and you all tested for it. I've lost almost 40 pounds because of this I'm gonna sue your ass and take a good chunk of your change so I can get real help so I don't die before I'm 30. Apologize all you want this is ridiculous people have to be almost on there death bed for help screw your office and screw the American medical system.

I AM F&$KING LIVID! I went to the ER tonight and if I die, somebody better sue Dr. Satwat Parmar. I was mad when I left, she clearly was not listening to me or taking me seriously. I had to correct her several times and tell her I was NOT having chest pains, but a variety of other symptoms. Got home and my paperwork says reason for visit: chest pain. Diagnosis: dizziness of unknown cause. Ma'am what?! So she prescribed me vertigo meds. I told her point blank I didn't think she took me seriously and she sighed, rolled her eyes, and said fine, what, you want a CAT scan? No ma'am, I want to go to a different hospital. My affection for my GI team and the convenient location had me holding on to hope, but there are so many mistakes and the patient experience department is absolutely not going to help.
My exit paperwork also says I was given Oxygen to keep my levels up but I wasn't and it has a recorded bp that was never the reading. Not even close. What the heck is going on at Summit? I came in here a while back to see if they could fill a prescription after hours and they told me I could sub benadryl for benzos and that I shouldn't worry anyway cause you are asleep for a colonoscopy. Too bad I was scheduled for a colposcopy. I didn't end up having it anyway, more mix ups including the admin who promised to stock proper robes for gynecological procedures failed to mention the time line had been pushed back. I am told she has left for a new admin job in Oregon now, but who knows? I just don't get it, cause people don't go to medical school because they don't care, so what happens when they get to Summit that makes it so hard? Why are the reception staff a spectrum from super kind to school yard bully? How come some days it is all normal and medical, and one day a 20 something is shouting at me from clear across the room instead of calling me back up to the desk to ask about my private information? I have had a receptionist giggle when she was talking a out my bowl movements; she didn't even use medical terms, another yelled at me when I started the call with "I am having a mental health crisis", threaten me when I reminded them I have agoraphobia, I have been given other patients exit paperwork and seen it happen to others in front of me. Something is wrong. Go somewhere else.

After a frustrating day trying to get help for a painful ear infection at Harbor Regional Prompt Care, then HRH ER, I gave up and drove to Summit Pacific. Everyone was kind, caring, and professional. I was in and out in about 30 minutes with a prescription for antibiotics. Everyone from the front desk, to the triage nurse, to the doctor was kind, friendly and compassionate. From now on I’ll go to Summit for everything, even if I have to skip EMS and call an Uber. Harbor Regional? You’re a disgrace. Summit treats patients with kindness and respect.
