Picked up a load in Yakima and figured one of the airbags on a trailer is leaking air. Rick at ITEC did a great job. It took him 45 min to replace it. Very professional and easy to work with. And it cost me 114$ what is very reasonable price for a job

Walked in as a local resident for a minor repair. In the coarse of conversation I asked about additional work that I wanted to be done if not now them maybe eventually.

I let them know the minor repair will be on a separate bill. They performed the work well and charged me slightly over what was discussed and agreed upon. Something like $76 instead of $65... no big deal.

During my initial visit we discussed putting some mesh sheeting around the sides and front of my trailer and I was told it would cost about $500, maybe $550. I also asked about welding 3 pairs of steel pockets to use as strapping points in which I can insert 2x4s and have a taller strapping point. The price increased to $650.

With that knowledge, I gave them the verbal go ahead to do the work. I called a few days later to check on it to see if it was read to pick up and it wasn't. I called again a day later and it wasn't ready to pick up, to which I asked for them to call me to let me know when it will be ready to pick up.

Just over a weeks time from when I dropped off the trailer I got a call saying that it was ready to pick up. I left work early, and arrived to meet people that didn't know anything about my trailer. Come to find out, they guy that worked on it was gone for the day. I found myself at the front office and paid the front office lady for the initial light replacement.

She then worked up another invoice (at my request) for the extra mesh sheeting and 2x4 pockets. The total she gave me was over $1,100 but less than $1,200. I looked at the invoice she gave me and there were LED lights and enclosures for them that I did not ask for. So, I then proceeded out to take a look at my trailer. There were no LED lights or enclosures for them installed on my trailer. The invoice also added a separate price for the 2x4 pockets and and additional 2 hours of labor that I was not told about.

While I was out looking at my trailer, the paint was not adequate, which was pointed out by one of their employees. They did install 6 each 2x4 pockets, but they installed two of them in the wrong spot, so I requested they put put two in the spot that I requested. These faults required me to leave my trailer there an additional day.

When I arrived the next day, there was nobody to be seen so I went to the front office lady. She worked up my new invoice and it was still over $1,100, but less than $1,200 on a project that I was told would be $650. I let the lady know what the discussion was that I had initially. She had nothing to say, wasn't willing to figure out our predicament, but instead asked me if I would like them to remove the work items that had just been done to my trailer.

These folks are getting 1 star from me.

However I am really happy with them because they screwed me over on a personal trailer (netting them about $500 extra) when I was in the market to to buy a trailer for a business I work for that would have netted them much more profit.

If you think about doing business with this company, get a written quote first.

Glad I learned from personal experience (little money) prior to bringing business dollars (bigger money) your way.

Stopped in off the Freeway for a weld job on a trailer I was hauling. These guys are the real deal! Extremely knowledgeable and hardworking. I just want to quit my job and hang out with them and drink coffee all day.

I would absolutely stay away from this shop. I sent a driver there to have lights on the back of my trailer fixed and they fixed the running lights. Two hours later the truck was put out of service at a scale for all lights on the back of the trailer including brake lights not working. It cost me an out of service and a $366 roadside repair to fix what was supposed to be fixed at this shop. When I talked to Dennis the owner he refused to do anything about it. Extremely dissatisfied. I will tell everybody I know stay away from this shop.

I'm only reviewing the website. The website is frustrating to say the least. I'm 100% an online shopper so if I can't get to the items easily then I won't come into the store either obviously. I just wanted to check out if there were any cargo trailers I don't care about the brand. I don't want to have to click a brand, check them out and then go back and click another brand to check those ones out. Just list the whole lot of each item so you can see all the brands at the same time!
