I called to ask questions about some diamond plate steel. I’m not a sheet metal guy by any stretch so as I’m asking questions the very rude salesperson, I think it was Ryan decided it was a good time to belittle me and make me full at aware that I didn’t know exactly what I needed. Which is why I was calling in the first place.

Taking my money elsewhere.

Guess I didn't spend enough money. Greg in sales gave me a price quote on my project. Said he would call next day with timing and never called. I stopped by the the following day and he said he just didn't get to it. Told me he would call me tomorrow again and no call. Waited a week then went to CDA metal's and got the best service. 5 star to CDA Metals. Highly recommend " CDA Metals"

The sales people are always friendly and knowledgeable whenever i call. I am just a hobbyist/amateur so their expertise and patience is greatly appreciated.

Just a really lackluster experience trying to work with them. We needed a couple steel posts and as I described what we needed the salesman let me know that wasn't the type of thing that they did so I asked who's he recommend and he told me I should just look on google. One of the things about sales and working with humans is that you can have some professional courtesy and at least give a recommendation or two if you can't do the work.

Absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with business hours are from 7am to 5 PM but yet they don’t operate within those hours even their own voicemail says they’re open from 7 AM to 5 PM but yet nobody shows up to their office until like 8 o’clock You can’t pick anything up there past 3 o’clock, but they’re open till five makes a lot of sense

Josh in sales went out of his way to find a suitable piece of material for me when the pressure was on me. He is always speedy with his quotes, which is most appreciated.

One of the worst jobs I have ever had. Rude people. Force you to wear thick canvass coveralls in the 100degree heat. Foreman says take a break if your getting to hot. Then immediately chastizes you for not working. Refuse to fix the drinking fountain and emergency eye wash station. Pay is a joke for the amount of labor and training it requires to do the job right. When you bring any of these things up they say deal with it. CANT WAIT TO FIND A BETTER JOB

Only the office is open till 5. Will call closes at 3 and they aren’t open on weekends. How is anyone with a full time job supposed to get metal for a project!?
