This place was great until last week when they made the decision to no sell to people that don’t have a contractors license. I’ve used RSP for years, so it never occurred to me that I should make sure they would still sell to me before I began building my newest project. I have to now figure out how to go through a commercial retailer to try to get the matching metal.

There product is fine. This morning their truck driver pulled off the the road and damaged the ditch. this might not sound like much but when the melt cones it washes down and blocks the culvert. I have driven truck for 47 years and understand why he did it, although not necessary I understand it. The problem comes from when I called the office and ask who to talk to. The woman said Chris then asked my name, I told her that wasn't necessary. She asked ask and when I wouldn't tell her she said fine goodbye. Ir probably won't ever make a difference but I was a general contractor for 33 years I will tell everyone I know about the incident.
