With regard to working there, this place is horrendous. Ever wonder what modern slavery would look like? Ever wanted to go back into industrial times in America with less safety measures, ergonomics, less teamwork, and a workload that would make a North Korean trench digger blush? Well this is the place for you. I can promise you that 75-80% of the American workforce COULD NOT work here because of how physically demanding this job is. Even as a person who has served in the military, worked lots of fast paced jobs and dealt with heavy parts, this job is the definition of pushing your body to its limits. Everyone warned me how hot it was in there. But forget the temperature, its the work itself that people give up on. This was the hardest work I've done in my entire life and the funny thing was that I was at the supposedly easy part where there were 2 people per area. They actually expected people to work 1 person per area in a week or 2, which is normal for jobs that AREN'T backbreaking sweatshops. So I already saw the writing on the wall knowing full well that in a week or 2, I would be pushed out. Keep in mind, I was a highly motived experienced worker who was ready to outshine everyone and become a valuable asset. But there is no shining there. You will be just an NPC made to move and work as effectively as an autonomous machine. I honestly have no idea how this place even exists as it is, seeing as the turnover rate is EXTREMELY high. My interview wasn't even an interview. They didnt care about my resume. The only question was "You used to hard work?" That's it. But replace hard work with unbearable slave work for 10 hours straight and that would be more accurate. If you somehow love this type of pain and torture, then understand that you are like the navy seals of workers in the United States, doing what most can't do. Good luck, because the pay isn't worth the work either.

It was all mostly used run down Machinery from other countries that always needed maintenance they could never get right. I really must say I regret ever sticking around, but I did meet some good people, and a few good times were had.
