I love it out here. My younger brother has a house right near the airport part and it’s just so relaxing and the weather is often nice and you got a great view of the mountains and it’s just a really laid-back area. You can cruise through the neighborhood on your golf cartso if you’re ever gonna come visit or if you’re thinking of buying out here, I think it’s a great place.

Beautiful vineyards! Located on the Columbia River it is rich in geological history. The sites are amazing. I enjoyed standing on land carved out by glacial movement and sculpted with magma from a volcanic eruption. The mountains resemble elk fur as far as one can view, the vineyards a sharp contrast in color as they gently rest against the mountains edge. Flowing natural beauty only mother Earth can create for us to bask in awe.

They are trying to fine my father for me doing them the favor of allowing their residents as well as Mattawa residents to bring their junk cars that were clogging up their roads, to my father's property where I live. Allowing people to donate the cars and others to buy discount parts which is my only means of supporting myself even though i run the risk of going to jail for it yet grant county won't actually help me fix it either instead they threaten me with incarceration for my all help. Desert aire home owners association is pressing the county saying it's a public nuisance property causing them to file actions with the court. Fining my father when he don't even live there he just pays the property taxes like he should. Heck they even allowed a Mattawa resident to burn my home down. Refused to accept my statement of who it was even though i know because he told me himself and apologized, like that meant it was ok or something!

Beautiful area with access to the golf course, boat launch and park and hopefully soon food options at the clubhouse.
