Price rung up way higher than listed. I’ve got no problem with a small town store having high prices, but I grabbed a drink listed at $1.39 and it rang up to $2.59. I complained and he said “the new rate is higher”. I persisted and he said $1.99. I said no $1.39. He caved and was about charge me $1.39. I said plus tax… and finally paid the correct total of $1.50. Not a great way to run a business. Or is the cashier scamming people personally don’t know. I expect they’re making enough money to fix the non-working A/C and yuck smell but what do I know. This place needs some quality competition. The gas station next door pulled the same price switch stunt on me last year. Sheesh.

Owners changed, and this place is charging 2x what a normal store would. I'm all about supporting local but not when they are stealing money from people. They also don't list prices on items, so you don't know how bad they are screwing you until you check out.

SOMEONE USED OUR STOLEN CREDIT CARD NUMBERS THERE RECENTLY…..$1000.00 PLUS CHARGES IN “ONE” DAY!
Very questionable to me that SOMEONE at DESERT AIRE GROCERY/MARKET wasn’t aware that this was out of the ordinary.
A Police report has been filed and it is under investigation.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT DESERT AIRE GROCERY/MARKET ADDRESS THIS ISSUE WITH THEIR EMPLOYEES. THE STORE AND THEIR REPUTATION IS WHAT IS ON THE LINE, THEY SHOULD RECOGNIZE THIS AS UNUSABLE ACTIVITY.

The one stop shop for all your basic needs. People over there have turned this store into such a place, Swarit really goes above and beyond to provide for the community and specially in times of Covid they were absolute professional and didn’t raise their prices of grocery and other things unlike others. I recommend everyone going there to go and support this store.

Swarit really goes above and beyond to get the little things that matter. I mentioned that my special needs son likes chocolate milk and he made sure to have a few half gallons stocked in the store within a week and now throughout the year. Always has the basic needs to make it through a long weekend. Thank you! All the best in 2021!
