coming home @ 10:30pm 5-19-17...Granite truck, 5 cars back from pace car had flashing strobe lights on as line moved forward...I could NOT see the road and attempted to honk horn and yell to driver to turn off lights. He was NOT the pace car and there was NO reason for his flashing lights.Not only could I not see but several cars behind me had the same problem. The truck driver pulled over after a few minutes and several close calls of my vehicle almost going in the ditch, only to do hand signals to us that were vulgar.
