I called Bill from the parking lot at Mt Hood Meadows Ski Area (~ 60 miles away from his shop) with a 110V power problem in my Class C RV. He walked me through how to trouble shoot the problem, some of which I had already done. He alerted me to the breaker on my generator, which, I had not seen when I initially inspected the generator. I found it and it had tripped. I switched it back on and voilà, problem solved. Needless to say I AM SO GRATEFUL for Bill's help. I plan on using him for any future service needs...and I live in Portland.

Bill was amazing! He responded to my voicemail right away. My Thule awning would not retract so I could not go anywhere. He looked up some possible fixes
the night I called and then established that he’d have to look at it further at 8am in the morning. He was there in time and knew exactly what to look at and do. He was able to manually retract my awning and diagnose the fixes needed. If it weren’t for him, I’d be stuck in the same spot. I highly recommend his services!!!!

Wonderful! Bill came last minute to help me pinpoint an issue I was having with my propane tank. Being a 'newbie' to fulltime Moterhome living he was very informative and taught me a lot. And just in time before winter. He answered all my questions and gave me more insight on my Moterhome than I was expecting. Very nice, professional guy. I'll absolutely be using him again and again. Well, I talked to you a couple different different trailer places and they gave me all kinds of different things to look at. I called Bill up within three minutes on the phone phone there he had my tip out sliding in so he definitely knows his stuff and I’m grateful for him thank you Bill.

Bill is awesome, he can fix anything! Excellent diagnostic and execution of any task in my camper van. Also gave me great suggestions for my own mods and continued tinkering. He met me where it was convenient for me and got to work ASAP. Would use him again no doubt.

Bill saved our vacation!! Arrived at our campsite & our fridge would not work. 105 degrees & $$$ in food saved. Bill diagnosed our issue over the phone after sending him photos. Explained to my husband how to correct the issue. We couldn't be more pleased with his service. He is worth a 100 stars!

Bill is a solid guy. I called him on a weekend looking for parts, and instead of just saying yes or no, asked me what my problem was and helped me troubleshoot it. It was a minor fix, and he helped an inexperienced RV camper like myself figure it out over the phone. He’s that good. Call Bill if you ever have RV troubles in Wasco county, he’s a great guy with a wealth of knowledge, who’s willing to help out.
