I have had multiple orders through Slingshot over the years including kite gear, accessories and clothing and I have no complaints. They're customer services is the best and they are easy to communicate with via the telephone and they respond quickly to emails. The kites and boards are bomber and I'm still wearing hats and hoodies from over 10 years ago. I can't say enough about this company and this is why so many are loyal to Slingshot.

Been riding Slingshot gear for over 15 years. No other equipment performs better or is more durable than Slingshot. These kites hold up to heavy use summer and winter, from rocky tree lined lakes to crusty ice covered surfaces. Having a school for years, the easy relaunch made for successful first rides and happy students. AND the products just keep getting better and better.

The customer service is really outstanding. Just had a warranty issue with my inflatable tracker board and it got resolved to my full satisfaction immediately by Trina and Alex. Easy, prompt and efficient communication. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Haven’t had a customer service experience like that in a long, long time.

Slingshot is an awesome brand with quality gear. I grew up wakeboarding and eventually found myself riding Slingshot while I was on the Chico State Wakeboard Team six years ago. I've been riding Slingshot ever since and their products have always outperformed behind the boat and on the cable. The fact that their wakeboards are designed and manufactured in the USA is just icing on the cake.

I would highly recommend Slingshot Sports for kiteboarding , SUP and wakeboarding equipment. Innovative , quality and long lasting gear are to be expected. Slingshot makes their twin tip kite and wake boards right in the Pacific Northwest with local sustainable lumber , providing manufacturing and supply chain jobs for the area.
