Update - while my daughter was dissapointed with her nails the customer service here is fabulous. This is a learning experience for my daughter to speak up for herself in the moment. Thank you Angel nails for doing the right thing and refunding our money. We will consider going back. I've never had an experience like this before and I appreciate the immediate positive response to my request.

I am in love with my nails!! First time in 10 years that I’ve had acrylics and first time doing this shape. The customer service is phenomenal!! They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied before during and after the service! This will be the only place I go to and recommend from here on out! I cannot thank you enough for the beautiful nails ☺️☺️

I waited over an hour to be seen and I still hadn't been so I left and now they won't call me back. Be prepared for a long wait to get your nails done. And yes it was your shop so don't accuse me of having the wrong shop. I told you that I would call you a different day because you had me waiting way too long. You can ask my friend. Good luck with your business. You didn't even call me back when I called to reschedule and it was your salon. End of story

I made an appointment for a pedicure and a manicure. Then was told they don’t do dips or ombré s. And that my nails were too sensitive to grind the polish off on because he ground my nail until it heated up. Then they sent me away. No pedicure or manicure. Needless to say I will never go back.

Firstly, Customer Service was amazing. They had redone my nails I had previously done from Fancy Nails in which I wasn’t very impressed with. They paid great attention to detail and made my nails look both beautiful and natural. I wish I had a picture of them to give both comparisons. Anyway, I will be using Angel Nails again. They do outstanding work.

I just had a GREAT pedicure with Nina. I’m a gardener so a great pedi is key, and my feet are so soft and smooth after seeing her, and the technical application is flawless. It also means so much to me that they were ready for me at my appointment time and that they don’t double book their appointments! Knowing that I can count on an appointment starting on time and being out the door quickly is really valuable to me, because I have a really busy schedule. A beautiful pedicure and great service, thank you so much Nina!
