I can't say enough positive things about shane and his amazing company. They have gone above and beyond to fix my daughters switch that I definitely made worse by trying to fix it myself. The amount of time he spent fixing it to help me get my daughters save data off her switch was well worth the, honestly very cheap price that I paid for repairs. I can't recommend them enough. And I will be referring every single person I know to this company for repairs from now on. If possible I would rate them higher than 5 stars.

I sent my Xbox Series X to Shane because I somehow managed to break my HDMI port. Gave me updates about my console, when they were repairing it, and showed me a photo of the console working when it was fixed. Shipping was great as well. Shane and his team are awesome I sent my ps5 in for repair because it kept shutting off while playing. They were quick to respond to me and were very helpful in explaining what could be happening. I sent it in and he said the hdmi port was loose and the Liquid Metal had dried up. I was sent pictures of both issues. When I received the console it was shipped with a ton of padding. If you have a console that needs repair I can’t recommend them enough.

He will tell you just about any detail of what causes an issue to happen or how a component has failed in your game console when he fixes it for you. I will continue investing in his services, in the off chance that any of my 8th or 9th gen systems decide to kick the bucket one way or another. The prices are quite reasonable too. Just know it's on you that you ensure your console is packed and protected well, along with paying to get it shipped to his repair facility.
