My company has their 10 year anniversary, open house due to a new office location, and GVCC Ribbon Cutting Ceremony in a couple weeks. We had to return a custom built table from a different company for defects, and the new table legs needed to be powder coated from gray to black... we only had a couple weeks. Omni got them powder coated and returned to me in TWO DAYS! Ray was incredibly helpful, responsive, as was Steven at the shop. Highly recommend business!

Omni services took over three weeks to powder coat my bumper when I was told it will take 7 days. Then my brand new bumper has two significant sizes dents in my bumper. I talked to the manager about the dents and he denied damaging my bumper. When I brought my bumper back Omni services said it's not there fault. Plus they did a piss pure job powder coating my bumper. I'll never go back to Omni services and let my friends and family about Omni's poor quality of work. I'm going to go some were else to have winch bumper powder coated.

I wanted my wheels to have the old school look but the benefits of powder coating. I went to a couple other businesses trying to find a match in color. Ray was a big help, the only one willing to put me in contact with a supplier who would try to help match their product with my factory paint. They turned out great along with some other spare parts. Fair price, happy with the end results, will be back.

Excellent service and prices! Raymond (owner), Jenn (manager), and their team have been friendly and accommodating all the way. They sandblasted, solvent wiped, and powder coated my old rims and new parts (bumpers & sliders) for my Jeep. Nice textured satin black finish, better price than factory or local competition offered. Job was finished on time to meet my work schedule and help me coordinate with other vendors (e.g. tire delivery). They even palletized and wrapped my parts and loaded them on my trailer. Remember “service with a smile”? Omni does! Going back for some welding next...

I brought Ray a set of wheels to be powdercoated, i went with a custom color, and the results turned out great, only down fall is, it turns out that the powder had to be ordered, and it took longer then expected to get the wheels back, but at the price it was done at, i cant be happier. Great pricing, great updates from Ray keeping me in the loop of whats going on. For future customers, if you need your stuff back quickly, talk to Ray and see what powder he has in stock. I cant wait to bring future wheels/ and parts for projects down the road to be powdercoated.

Took my wheels here to get powdercoated based off of some recommendations. I was quoted a good price over the phone compared to other nearby competitors and was told a one week turn-around time. At the one week mark, I called to inquire about the wheels and was told they were done. When I showed up I could see missing powdercoat material on portions of inner spokes on all four wheels. I rejected the wheels and was told they would be done within that week. When I showed up a second time I found the same defects or missing powdercoat material on inner spokes. I rejected them a second time.They dismounted the tires and tpms again and redid the wheels. On the third try, the wheels were done correctly, however I had to go out of my way to get the tires and tpms reinstalled due to the owner stating that "he wouldn't have time to get them reinstalled for me". He offered to drop the price a bit which is the only positive thing out of this experience.
From not getting calls back from the owner and or answering texts, to being told timelines that were never met....im not sure I can recommend this place to anyone. Other then good prices and Ray being a nice guy as well as the lady that helped me out....the negatives outweigh the positives for me. In my opinion, if my business dealt this type of experience to a customer I would have done the wheels for free in the end. Im not asking for anything free and appreciate the price drop, but this experience was beyond ridiculous and not something I would want reflecting my business service/product(s). Not one "word" was "kept" in dealing with this entity. Ray, I can understand your business being busy but my suggestion is "quality is more important then quantity in the end, not the other way around".

I dropped off a simple piece of sheet metal i just needed sand blasted for my car on Thursday afternoon. I was told by a lady there it'd be for sure done by Friday and that it would only take an hour to blast. I show up there Friday around 430 and Lo and behold my spare tire well is sitting exactly where I left it. Needless to say I really needed it done and I was real disappointed in omni at that point. I mean come on. Can't find good customer service anywhere anymore.. plus the guy that came and talked to me didn't care that I was grabbing my piece and leaving with it.
